I like the fact that Sapim is a Belgian product. I trust on Sapim spokes in the most severe conditions I usually meet such as downhill tracks with many stones, rocks and holes. Sapim spokes together with Mavic rims and Hope hubs is the perfect balance between strength, lightweight and long-lasting wheels that helps me push my own boundaries. An extra tip is that when I do a whip and I cannot bring my bike perfectly back right my wheels are strong enough to absorb the blow.
